Gary Lynn Floyd

Gary is a singer/songwriter/actor from Conroe, Tx.  He was four years old when he began picking out melodies on the piano, and he’s been making music ever since.  His soulful blend of pop, country, and r&b has been critically acclaimed, and the Dallas Observer says, “his original ballads pound with soul and fire”.  His most recent CD, Then + Now, is a retrospective of most requested songs over the past decade, with five fresh, new songs, including a duet with best friend and fellow recording artist, Denise Lee.  Later this fall, Gary will be featured on the CW television series, TroubadourTx, a music documentary following Texas singer/songwriters, which airs Sundays nationwide.

Gary is also an award winning actor.  His theatrical credits include Next To Normal, Grey Gardens, AIDA, Crimes of the Heart, The Big Bang, and Pumpboys & Dinettes.
